• Windsor Plaza and Windsor Florida courtesy of 01 child up to 10 (ten) years in the parents' room. From 11 (eleven) years, charges as an adult (Upon availability);
• No Show Policy - Guarantee of all nights.
»Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in;
»After this period, the total amount of the reservation shall be paid;
»If the total charge for the stay was made on the credit card prior to 30 days prior to arrival and the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, we request to contact the Reservations Department so that the refund of the amount paid is made;
»In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged (including Service Fee and ISS).
»For confirmed reservations on the Windsor Site with payment method "Credit Card", the debit will be made automatically by the system. If the customer wishes to cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the charge will be refunded and the cancellation confirmed without charge. After this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay at any time.
»We ask that you contact the booked hotel directly for more information on guarantee/payment of the reservation.
»If the contact and/ or payment of the accommodation (bank transfer/ credit card) are not made until 30 days before check in, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
»In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
